Meet H. Farhadian M.D., F.A.A.P., F.A.A.A.A.I.


Dr. Farhadian is the medical director of the Antelope Valley Allergy and Asthma Center, which was established in 1982. He is a graduate of Isfahan University Medical School. After graduation, Dr. Farhadian attended two years of Pediatric Residency. Then he moved to the United States to pursue his medical career in this country. After two more years of Pediatric Residency, he received his Pediatric Board Certification.

Dr. Farhadian, then decided to continue his medical studies in the sub-specialty of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology. During fellowship and training, he was involved in research studies and published several papers in the area of Pediatrics, Allergy, Asthma and Immunology. Dr. Farhadian was the first winner of the fellowship-training award given by the Chicago Society of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology.

After two and a half years of Allergy fellowship, training and research Dr. Farhadian took a position as clinical instructor at LSU medical school where he taught Allergy, Immunology and Pediatrics. After 2 years, due to family circumstances, he moved to California. He opened his practice in 1978 in the Antelope Valley and currently practices in both the Antelope and Santa Clarita Valleys. Dr. Farhadian believes that in order to achieve a successful practice, knowledge must be combined with care, compassion, and dedication. He is hoping he has achieved this goal during his several years of practice.
